Meet Your Doctors
Dr. Mark Wheeler
Dr. Mark Wheeler received his Bachelor’s Degree in Molecular Biology at Brigham Young University and completed his dental doctorate at Oregon Health Science University, in Portland Oregon. Upon completion of his degree, Dr. Wheeler served his country in the United States Navy Dental Corps, in Okinawa, Japan. While overseas, Dr. Wheeler completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency, working with specialists in oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and pediatric dentistry.
While serving in the Navy, he performed emergency dental care in a field surgical unit in the Queensland, Australia outback. In the Philippines, he served a humanitarian mission that provided much needed dental treatment to hundreds of nationals. Dr. Wheeler received a Navy Marine Corp Achievement Medal for his outstanding service under hostile conditions.
Dr. Wheeler is an avid believer in the importance of continuing his education and seeking the latest techniques for treatment. He specializes in dental implants, oral conscious sedation, and cosmetic dentistry. His formal training provides him with the expertise to give his patients beautiful, lifelong restorations, and the smiles of their dreams.
Dr. Blake Parry
Dr. Blake Parry was born and raised in Page, AZ. He attended Brigham Young University and graduated with a degree in zoology in 1998. Dr. Parry moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he attended Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine and graduated with honors and a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
He started practicing dentistry in Casa Grande, AZ in 2005 and maintains his commitment to using the most gentle care with each and every patient.
Dr. Parry enjoys practicing in a smaller community and strives to develop lasting, genuine relationships with his patients, allowing him to better understand each person’s oral health concerns. He specializes in digital dentistry, implants and helping patients regain lost confidence through the restoration of their smiles.
Dr. Parry enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and four daughters, fishing, running and being in the mountains. He also enjoys watching the Arizona Cardinals.
Dr. Anthonh Kohler
Dr. Anthony Kohler was born in East Lansing, Michigan since his parents were living there so his father could attend Michigan State University. Dr. Kohler spent most of his youth in Burlington Wisconsin. He went to the University of Minnesota from 1977 through 1986 for undergraduate and dental school.
Dr. Kohler opened his own dental practice in Chandler, Arizona in 1991 through 2013. He sold his practice but stayed on as an associate until 2016. Currently working for Villago Family Dentistry in Casa Grande, Az.
He and his loving wife Michelle have a son Karl and daughter Nicole, along with a son in law Josh. Dr. Kohler enjoys weight lifting, shooting, and motorcycle riding.
Dr. Jacob Dahm
Dr. Jacob Dahm was born in Pella, Iowa. He studied biology and music at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee and graduated with a degree in biology. Dr. Dahm obtained his dental education at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and graduated with honors in human anatomy and prosthodontics. He was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon- the national dental honor society. Dr. Dahm recently relocated to Arizona and enjoys playing music, grilling for friends and family, exercising, and boating.
